Job Description :
- The person shall be responsible to attend day to-day issues of users related to IT and monitor work done by Hardware engineer.
- Interact with respective heads for various problems.
- Maintaining 100% uptime of connectivity at location
- Attend day to-day issues related to SAP with the help of SAP head.
- Understand business process, difficulties in implementing the same on SAP, improvements required.
