Qualification : B.E. (Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile)
Experience : 6 to 8 years.
Job Description :
- Plans, organizes, and controls the marketing of company products by participating in the setting strategic guidelines, identifying customer targets, ensuring that information about company is disseminated, and ensuring that company is appropriately visible as a supplier of driveline systems, chassis systems and forged products
- In conjunction with Head – Sales & Marketing, establishes strategic marketing plans (short-and long-range) to achieve corporate objectives for company products.
- Responsible for the establishment and efficient operation of administrative systems in support of company sales function, utilizing networked computerized systems where appropriate
- Coordinates customers volume analysis including operating premium and banking programs
- Researches, analyzes and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity
- Develops and manages sales marketing operating budget
- Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print and electronic media
- Oversees development and maintenance of customer database
- Establishes and maintains relationships with industry contacts and key community and strategic partners
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials and events

Qualification : B.E. (Automobile/Mechanical/Production/Industrial)/ M.Tech
Experience : 10 to 15 years
Job Description :
- Responsible for Plan, develop, implement and maintain quality systems & procedures conforming to: ISO 9001- 2000, QS 9000 & TS16949 & Global Company quality system
- Act as the Management Representative (MR) for the ISO certification of the plant.
- Interact with WHQ on the different Quality issues, Quality meets and Global quality strategies.
- Develop, Implement, control and maintain the quality documentation system in the plant .
- Sampling methods for the incoming material, sampling frequency, checks & evaluations.
- Monitoring of the quality trends for the different quality parameters tested in-process and in the laboratory
- SPC implementation, Cp, Cpk calculations for the critical process & product parameters
- Conducting the Quality awareness program for the operators & quality systems program for the staff
- Calibration schedules, executions for all test equipments, in process test equipments etc.
- Measurement system analysis (MSA) Plan and execution for Lab equipments and instruments.
- PPAP documents for Customers as on requirements.
- Conducting and participating in cross check programs for various Lab tests within the organization and customers
- In-process quality parameter checks, frequencies.
- Ensure all the production records of the material being dispatched are available prior to actual dispatch
- Maintain the trend analysis product wise and customer wise for all the test results.
- Coordination and daily follow up on dispatches and Lab activities.
- Customer Complaint Handling and analysis, follow-ups and corrective actions.
- Lot wise samples, process sheets, test reports and test data preservation and retrieval.
- Raw material specification handling and finalizing
- Communications with suppliers for quality issues, corrective actions follow ups.
- Preparing & implementing the calibration schedules for the different equipment in the lab
- Preparing & implementing of the calibration schedule for the equipment in the Lab .
- Budget for the capital equipment required, up-gradation of existing equipment, Lab consumables, chemicals etc.
- Calibration Procedure training and execution on Calibration Plans.
- Measurement system analysis training and Plan execution
- Customer requirements awareness and customer complaint
- Overall follow up quality requirements, coordination and audits.
- Audit follow up and corrective actions.
- Communicate the customer complaints, protest, and warnings to the people in the plant.

Job Description:
Manufacturing:
- Ensure the execution of production operations: assembling, wiring and adjustment of machines.
- Supervise external deliveries and interventions in production premises.
- Oversee procurement operations
- With relevant indicators follow up production performance, give appropriate feedback to management and employees and prepare action plans to improve the process.
- Manage budget and production means (equipment, premises, stock) and take part into investment and recruitment decisions.
- Specify, write and implement policy and rules about manufacturing operations. Ensure safety: safety for user/customer as well as safety during production process.
Installation:
- Manage Field Service team and coordinators: oversee organizations of interventions, give priorities and control customer’ satisfaction.
- Watch safety requirements for people involved into installation process.
- Take part into Installation’s budget preparation and control.
- Get involved into critical interventions and possibly get to important customer’s premises to ensure good relationships.
- For Cermex machines as well as for exogenous equipment retrofit parts and operations, plan out and supervise installation.
- Oversee Technical Backing function development.
- Take part into continuous improvement process analyzing feedback given by Installation teams.
