Job Description :

• Assists the functional Business Unit Director or Manager in the execution of the customer’s expectations in a given work cell.
• Monitors operational metrics and executes tactical everyday requirements; drives corrections if necessary.
• Maintains ownership of plant-level economics and metrics.
• Assures acceptable product specific quality levels are met and sustained.
• Drives continuous improvement in all facets of work cell performance.
• Maintains strong relationships with customers at a working level.
• Provides regular and consistent communication between the project team, the Business Unit, the Cluster Development Team and the Customer.
• Successfully handles project management issues such as: Program Ownership & Planning, Customer Interface, Information Channel - Program & Data Set-Up , ESI Reviews , Technology Challenges & Targets, Quote Management via CBD, Cost Analysis CBD & Target Cost Erosion Plan, Program Kick Off, Supply Chain Management, Project Tracking & Mile-Stone Management, Tooling Management, Build & Capacity Management, Reporting.
• Translates business requirements and specifications originating in the business unit to and from the Partner Supply Chain Interfaces and the Customer.
• Strong entrepreneurial skills, self-starter, requires little supervision.
