• Take lead role in implementation of corrective and preventive action safety
• Prepare and implement the preventive maintenance schedule and checklist.
• Monitor and review the PM schedule and plan for improvement activities on machines and systems.
• Analysis of PM and B/D maintenance and plan for improvement projects from the root cause analysis
• Plan and maintain critical spare inventory.
• Control the inventory by regular review of consumption and stock level.
• Co-ordinate with purchase for local development of spares, subassemblies.
• Prepare AMC review mechanism, i’e checklist, review and vendor rating.
• Upkeep the maintenance library as manual, drawings and technical papers.
• Monitor and maintain the efficiencies of utility equipment
• Revamping and upgrading of machines
• Installation of production machines

• Have knowledge of mechanical principle of machines and equipment

• Have knowledge of system as ISO/ seven QC tool/ TPM/ Six sigma

• Good knowledge of pneumatics, bearings

• Hand on use of computer- Excel, Power point, SAP
