General Description :
This role is pivotal in leading the development of Customer BU Industrial Engineering processes to have optimum resource utilization.

Job Description :

• Work study & Time study
• Motion study & Ergonomics
• Capacity Planning & Improvement
• Plant Layout & Facility designing
• Knowledge of MOST application
• Feasibility Studies
• Manpower & resources allocation, Optimization
• Productivity improvement.
• The role will require very close cooperation between Ops/Eng Management, Business Unit Management
• Develop Operations Engineering Model
• Lead the development and standardization of all IE processes required to have a lean manufacturing set up
• Achieve World Class Performance for LVHM as well as HVLM manufacturing processes
• Coordinate activities with Operations Management and Operations Development to deliver the required solutions
• Work closely with Business Unit Management to ensure that the Engineering model is developed to meet the needs of the business environment
• Design efficient & lean line/ layout & coordinate facilities, equipment and station installation of all product transfer and new start-ups
• Prepare project plans & estimate the cost & time line for implementation
• Exchange knowledge and information with other  facilities of the Company to ensure best practices are shared throughout the organization.
• Develop and track overall project objectives, ensuring all are met on time to agreed deliverables across multiple product families
• Create a positive, pro-active culture using strong motivation techniques for both IL and DL Teams
• Gain a general business awareness of customer e.g. market, strategy
• Understand customer technology roadmaps and develop plans to align the Companyto meet them
