Job Description :

• Management of LAN, Network Security and Maintenance.
• Installed and configured different types of Software and Utilities from Internet to increase the System performance, System Security, System Maintenance.
• Providing technical support to all users.
• Hardware troubleshooting and servicing
• Network and Desktop management
• Scheduling and installing software, updates and backups.
• Hardware upgrades, Backups and Security
• Storage Management solutions for clients.
• File / Web Server (IIS) Administration
• Novell Netware Server Installation & Administration V3.12,4.11
• Windows Server Installation & Administration
• Configuring Windows ADS, DHCP & DNS
• Configuring Windows Group Policies & Assigning User rights
• Monitor the system performance and Antivirus software
• Providing Technical Support to users on intranet
• Trouble shooting of Windows based networking
• Trouble shooting of server and workstation.
• Configuring Domain Security Policies for Users.
• Configure the Cisco-2500 serious routers and Cisco -1800 serious switches (No Live Exp.)
• Configure the Routing protocols RIP V1/V2, OSPF, IGRP, EIGRP (No Live Exp.)
• Identification of network requirements in terms of hardware, software, locations, Service providers, configurations.
• Anti virus Central server configuration.
• Management of LAN / Managing Firewall
• IT assets procurement and AMC handling with SLA
• EPABX and Voice Network Implementation and maintenance
• Vendor Management, monitoring Service Levels, IT-Asset and Software License maintenance.
