Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineer
Experience : 2 to 4 years of relevant experience

Job Description :

• Experience in super finishing operations like Grinding, honing, lapping etc.
• Experience in Precision Engineering or Tool room.
• Run & manage the die shop.
• Following identification & traceability.
• Ensure for quality system & procedures are followed.
• Ensure smooth flow in the dies production stages - WIP management.
• Ensure for availability of all the resources, consumables etc. for die shop.
• Ensure availability of all the dies at all the time.
• Ensure optimum dies inventory.
• Monitor dies life & cost. Completely responsible for running & managing the operation of die polishing & reconditioning.
• Ensure that the required instruction card and control chart are available.
• Arranging & allocating the dies for processing at different production stages.
• Ensuring the procedures is followed.
• Ensure for process sheets & SPC charts are duly filled up by the operators.
