Qualification : B.Com/ M.COM Experience : 5 to 10 years Job description: * VAT & CST - returns, assessments, appeal * Provisional assessment in Central Excise * Sales Tax (Monthly, quaterly return) * Entry tax (Summary & returns) * Handling Custom Matter & Liaisining with the Custom department * Liaisoning with central excise department and maintaining necessary documentation. * Attend routine queries raised by the department * Manage the duty-drawback consultant & refunds * Form IV, RG-1,RG 23-PARTA, RG23-Parte, 57 Register & PLA. * Attend Excise audits and provide the required information’s. * Monthly return-ER1 * Sales tax assessment work * Report on ER V, ST 3 for service tax return and excise audit work. * Planning and Imports of Raw Material (CKD) & Spare parts. * Imports of Capital Goods & CBU. * Co-ordination with shipping lines for timely removal of goods from origin. * Documentation related with import & export activity. * Customs formalities relating to Import & Export Clearances. * Co-Ordination with CHA & Transporters. * Correspondence with government departments like Customs & Jt.DGFT * Freight negotiations with freight forwarding agencies for Import & Export Shipments. * CHA negotiations & agreements. Transport negotiations & agreements. * Total control over inbound & outbound logistics activity. * EPCG License Application, Compliance & Redemption. * Duty draw back of Re-Exported goods (Export under Sec.74). - Supports Human Resources daily administration of personnel activities including but not limited to employment, salaried recruiting, training, labor relations, health and welfare benefits, employment law compliance.
- Supports associates, managers and executives regarding personnel and organizational matters.

Job Description :
- Accounting consolidation on monthly and quarterly basis
- Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the company balance sheet and financial statements
- Business decision support for the company’s operations (including cost estimates for quotations)
- Manage and evaluate the work performed by other financial personnel at the plant
- Produce & analyze accounting information and other reports for management decision
- Produce variance analysis and develop required corrective actions. Work with plant personnel to implement corrective actions and monitor progress
- Meet established deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements from Company Corporate and respond to ad hoc information requests on a timely basis
- Initiate actions to correct deviations on main balance sheet accounts, and follow up until they are fixed
- Prepare and present to manufacturing staff monthly financial forecasts and results and make final recommendations when necessary
- Prepare and present financial presentations to Company executives at regularly scheduled Operations Reviews
- Responsible for preparation of yearly budget and monthly forecast
- Ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets and ensure reporting integrit
- Manage Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) process at sites
- Understand manufacturing process, spending time on plant floor, to understand plant issues and cost impact
- Work with Oracle system to ensure integrity in inventory, other areas and to obtain data for analysis
- Work with other plant staff members in managing various projects
Required Competencies & Skills
- Functional knowledge of Accounting standards
- Working experience of financial closing, consolidation, budgeting and MIS control, Banking
- Knowledge of Indirect & Direct Taxes
- Oracle and/or Hyperion experience
- Knowledge of IFRS, I GAAP & US GAAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High level of analytical ability when problems are unusual and varied
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with, for and through others
