Post : Associate Quality Manager - CRD/2935.
Location : Pune.
Qualification : B.E / B. Tech (Mechanical/Production/Industrial/Automobile)
Experience :10 - 15 years.
Job Description:
- Should be able to handle Quality operations and attaining monthly Quality targets by assigning targets and tracking progress against targets by analyzing daily reports and database.
- Should be knowledgeable in developing & implementing policies, guidelines & procedures to establish / maintain quality standards in compliance with ISO 9001, TS 16949, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 & Customer Specific Requirements.
- should have experience in inspection of casting, forging, sheet metal and machining components
- Will be responsible for planning and executing of incoming, process & final Inspection. Prepare & approve inspection plan for all these stages.
- Act as an Auditor & Expert Qualification as per the Quality Management System
- Planning & Scheduling the Audits
- Client Co-ordination.
- Conducting the Audits as per the plan
- Final Audit preparation.
- Proper Guidance to supplier for Quality Management System
- Periodically reporting the performance of QMS to Top Management
- Should have practical knowledge about carrying out sampling, testing & inspection routines to check product quality & working with training department to put plans into effect.
- Establishing, implementing and maintaining documents in line with ISO/TS Guidelines
- Implementing Quality Management System and ensuring adherence to the same while ensuring compliance of various quality measures.
- Implementing stringent systems to enhance quality of products & ensure compliance with statutory quality, environment, health & safety standards

Job Description :
- Accounting consolidation on monthly and quarterly basis
- Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the company balance sheet and financial statements
- Business decision support for the company’s operations (including cost estimates for quotations)
- Manage and evaluate the work performed by other financial personnel at the plant
- Produce & analyze accounting information and other reports for management decision
- Produce variance analysis and develop required corrective actions. Work with plant personnel to implement corrective actions and monitor progress
- Meet established deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements from Company Corporate and respond to ad hoc information requests on a timely basis
- Initiate actions to correct deviations on main balance sheet accounts, and follow up until they are fixed
- Prepare and present to manufacturing staff monthly financial forecasts and results and make final recommendations when necessary
- Prepare and present financial presentations to Company executives at regularly scheduled Operations Reviews
- Responsible for preparation of yearly budget and monthly forecast
- Ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets and ensure reporting integrit
- Manage Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) process at sites
- Understand manufacturing process, spending time on plant floor, to understand plant issues and cost impact
- Work with Oracle system to ensure integrity in inventory, other areas and to obtain data for analysis
- Work with other plant staff members in managing various projects
