Job Description :

• Should have worked with OEM’s or Tier 1(or equivalent) in the Quality Department
• Hands on knowledge in Castings or Forgings commodity preferred
• Persons working with foundries or stamping companies in quality also preferred.
• Should be familiar with concepts like APQP, PFMEA, MS, SPC, PPAP, 8 D problem solving
• Should be willing to travel and work with suppliers (from supplier selection to PPAP)
• Good Knowledge of machining process, gear manufacturing, forgings, heat treatment, Bevel/hypoid
  gears, crown wheel pinion etc.
• Good presentation and communication skills preferred
• Should be knowledgeable on NDT testing e.g. X-Ray, UT, Magnaflux etc.
