Job Description :
- Management of LAN, Network Security and Maintenance.
- Installed and configured different types of Software and Utilities from Internet to increase the System performance, System Security, System Maintenance.
- Providing technical support to all users.
- Hardware troubleshooting and servicing
- Network and Desktop management
- Scheduling and installing software, updates and backups.
- Hardware upgrades, Backups and Security
- Storage Management solutions for clients.
- File / Web Server (IIS) Administration
- Novell Netware Server Installation & Administration V3.12,4.11
- Windows Server Installation & Administration
- Configuring Windows ADS, DHCP & DNS
- Configuring Windows Group Policies & Assigning User rights
- Monitor the system performance and Antivirus software
- Providing Technical Support to users on intranet
- Trouble shooting of Windows based networking
- Trouble shooting of server and workstation.
- Configuring Domain Security Policies for Users.

Job Description :
- Responsible for establishing and heading a new plant and its overall operations.
- Experience in Sheet metal Fabrication, Welding, Stamping, Press Shop, Machining Opeartions.
- Experience in automobile industries, areas of expertise include plant development, Project management, Process planning, Plant Operation & New Product Development.
- Should be good in Manufacturing Engineering, Production Planning and Control.
- Evaluating machines & equipments in the plant as well as at supplier’s site and perform various tests related to acceptance and purchase of machines and equipments and contribute in specifying technical details.

- Responsible for smooth plant operations, Site preparedness, Lay-out marking of machines, and carrying out activities related to the pre-installation of machinery & equipment in a safe, effective manner at site.
- Responsible for providing Plant manufacturing Engineering support, Quality support, Material & heat treatment selection, Failure Analysis.
- Responsbile for Assessment of machines and suppliers.
- Work closely with Advanced Engineering and Ensure timely completion of all project activities.
- Designing of manufacturing process and setting up production line.
- Should be good in Human Resource Planning and Managerment, interaction wtih all levels, Team Management, result-oriented approach etc.

Job Description :
- Accounting consolidation on monthly and quarterly basis
- Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the company balance sheet and financial statements
- Business decision support for the company’s operations (including cost estimates for quotations)
- Manage and evaluate the work performed by other financial personnel at the plant
- Produce & analyze accounting information and other reports for management decision
- Produce variance analysis and develop required corrective actions. Work with plant personnel to implement corrective actions and monitor progress
- Meet established deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements from Company Corporate and respond to ad hoc information requests on a timely basis
- Initiate actions to correct deviations on main balance sheet accounts, and follow up until they are fixed
- Prepare and present to manufacturing staff monthly financial forecasts and results and make final recommendations when necessary
- Prepare and present financial presentations to Company executives at regularly scheduled Operations Reviews
- Responsible for preparation of yearly budget and monthly forecast
- Ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets and ensure reporting integrit
- Manage Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) process at sites
- Understand manufacturing process, spending time on plant floor, to understand plant issues and cost impact
- Work with Oracle system to ensure integrity in inventory, other areas and to obtain data for analysis
- Work with other plant staff members in managing various projects
Required Competencies & Skills
- Functional knowledge of Accounting standards
- Working experience of financial closing, consolidation, budgeting and MIS control, Banking
- Knowledge of Indirect & Direct Taxes
- Oracle and/or Hyperion experience
- Knowledge of IFRS, I GAAP & US GAAP
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High level of analytical ability when problems are unusual and varied
- High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with, for and through others
- High level of creativity
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and detailed
