Job Description :
- Automotive domain knowledge with strong CAE background with hands on experience using Hypermesh, Nastran and Abaqus
- Develop tool / part design information in support of development and manufacturing activities.
- Coordinate tool / part build internally and externally in proving out new concepts using CAD/CAE/CAM tools.
- Provide 3D/2D design, drawing and release according to customer input and engineering input
- Should know Linear and Dynamic Analysis using Nastran.
- Should know Non-linear, Contact & Pretension analysis using Abaqus
- Should have experience in Hyper Mesh for FE Modeling for all kind of meshing techniques like Hexa mesh, Shell mesh, Plastic components mid surface mesh, BIW components meshing and connections using connectors
- Should be Good in Post processing tools Hyper View.
- Should have experience in Optistruct (Topology, Size and Shape Optimization) for Optimization of automotive component.
Skills and Knowledge :
- Should have experience in FE modeling Software : Hypermesh 10.0, Analysis Software : Nastran, Abaqus, Optistruct and Post processor Software: Hyperview, Ideas

Job Description :
- Designing & Development of Axle and Air and Steel Suspension Systems for Medium and Heavy duty commercial vehicles.
- Should be able to design Para-Steer Front air suspension project as per the requirements of various clients.
- Should be able to desing Cow-Horn Rear air suspension project as per the requirements of various clients.
- Should be actively involved in benchmarking activities for Axle and Suspension System as per the requirement and develop new concepts.
- Provide Engineering support to 6 rod Bogie suspension for Medium and Heavy duty commercial vehicles.
- Provide Engineering support to Self Steer Lift Axle suspension for Medium and Heavy duty commercial vehicles.
- Preparation of Manufacturing Drawing for Casting, Forging & Machining Components using designing sofware like Solidworks 2008 and Pro-E.
- Responsible for VA/VE of existing suspension system.
- Should be able to do Articulation Study (Including Straight & Cross Articulation) of Suspension System at Different Loading Condition.
- Capable of doing Tolerance Stack up analysis of Mating Suspension Components.
- Support to Designing Department to achieve optimum design result and implement the changes as per the various results and requirements of clients and standards.
- Provide a list of the raw materials, sub-assemblies, intermediate assemblies, sub-components, components, parts and the quantities of each needed to manufacture Para-Steer, Cow-Horn, Axle and overall Suspension system of Medium and Heavy duty commercial vehicles.
- Should have good Proficiency in GD&T.
Skills and Knowledge :
- Should have good knowledge and experience on some of the following software : Pro-E, UG, UG NX4, Solid works, CAD, CAE, Catia etc.
- Should have knowledge in The Area of Automotive Design, R&D.
- Should have experience in managing design projects.

Job Description :
- Responsible of servicing of Commercial vehicles.
- To handle Independently servicing of suspension, axle, transmission, hydraulic systems etc. of commercial vehicles.
- To handle service work on Engine : Engine Tune-up, Engine compression check-up, Engine tappet-setting etc.
- Diagnosing of Engine problems, Engine overhaul, Engine parameters check-up, Inspection of engine compression (block, crank shaft, connecting rods, pistons, valves etc.)
- To handle transmission Service : Diagnosing transmission noise, Transmission overhaul, gears for damage, Clutch for wornout, cables etc.
- To handle brake service: Road test for improper brake, Brake overhaul, Inspection of Brake components (Wheel cylinders, brake shoes, brake pads, master cylinder etc)

Job Description :
- Ensuring Compliance under Direct & Indirect Taxes at all Company facilities in India
- Handling Service tax matters, audits
- Advice Units on indirect tax matters
- Proactively ensure compliance of TDS (Tax deducted at source) and WHT (With Holding Taxes) per applicable tax treaties
- Plan and manage tax accounts audit, transfer pricing audit
- Handling the assessments, drafting appeals at CIT (A) Levels, liaising with consultants and briefing counsels, preparing paper books for all appeals at ITAT and above level.
- Assist Finance Manager in FEMA and RBI matters including raising of ECB
- Work closely with Finance Manager / Head – Finance on group tax planning initiatives
- Study changes in indirect tax laws and its impact on Company to advise Units for changes in business processes
- Develop systems and processes to monitor the indirect tax compliance by Units
- Identify savings or potential savings in direct tax matters and jointly work with units to achieve the same
- Plan action to reduce risk of litigation and non-compliance of indirect tax law by Units
- Support Units to handle indirect tax matters (advocates/authorities)
- Analyze and monitor present and future litigation and contingent liabilities
- Develop competence at Unit level to achieve efficiency in indirect tax matters Any other responsibilities as may be assigned.
- Assist Manager Finance / Head Finance in all legal matters
- Assess / analyze risk at various facilities and determine sufficient insurance coverage limits
- Ensure competitive insurance package for all facilities
Required Competencies & Skills
- Thorough knowledge & Experience on Taxation – TDS, Excise, Service Tax, Excise, Income Tax, Sales Tax, CST, VAT etc.
- Experience of handling different hearings and assessments for Income Tax, Service Tax and Excise, sales tax.
- Functional knowledge – Accounting standards,
- Exposure to transfer pricing and SVB Valuation

Job Description :
- Accounting consolidation on monthly and quarterly basis
- Responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the company balance sheet and financial statements
- Business decision support for the company’s operations (including cost estimates for quotations)
- Manage and evaluate the work performed by other financial personnel at the plant
- Produce & analyze accounting information and other reports for management decision
- Produce variance analysis and develop required corrective actions. Work with plant personnel to implement corrective actions and monitor progress
- Meet established deadlines for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements from Company Corporate and respond to ad hoc information requests on a timely basis
- Initiate actions to correct deviations on main balance sheet accounts, and follow up until they are fixed
- Prepare and present to manufacturing staff monthly financial forecasts and results and make final recommendations when necessary
- Prepare and present financial presentations to Company executives at regularly scheduled Operations Reviews
- Responsible for preparation of yearly budget and monthly forecast
- Ensure internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets and ensure reporting integrit
- Manage Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) process at sites
- Understand manufacturing process, spending time on plant floor, to understand plant issues and cost impact
- Work with Oracle system to ensure integrity in inventory, other areas and to obtain data for analysis
